Absolute pain to try to get my order and still waiting. Waited the 2-4 weeks for shipping. As far as I could tell on my account it hadn't even left the warehouse yet. Contacted support, they sent me a tracking number that was invalid, they told me to wait a couple of days for it to update, waited over a week still invalid contacted them again. Waited another week to hear that "The tracking link is now working, and there has been movement on the tracking." The movement was that a label was created for my order. 5.5 weeks since the order and a label is just being created for it to leave the warehouse? And now I have to wait the expected 2-4 weeks for delivery? Frustrated
