I love the zaps, makes me wake up or WAKE UP! but I dont like that only check your sleep, little watch on face?! some times doing random things I raise my hand and ZAP!! during work I scream couple times. I just jump in others, is really inconvenient on THAT area, maybe im too dumb but it could be nice if I stay on toilet too long or watch tiktok for too long it would zap me, but i don't think could do that, I can set the timer but I just cant get it right. if I put 5mins it zaps u every second
