I think your products are great but if your products are only available online, you have to pay $7.99 for shipping, then you get a product without ever seeing it, you will not always love it. Sending it back even within a day I was charged a 15% restocking fee; ridiculous. Your product is only available online. There are no guarantees people with love them. I won’t order from here again.
