The purse strap was way too long for me and couldn’t be adjusted short enough. By the time I paid the fees and return shipping, I only got half my money back. It’s too risky to purchase from Jen&Co again because if I don’t like the product, my only option is to get half my money back and that makes no sense. I get that they have reasons for charging fees and shipping for returns but personally I won’t purchase from Jen&Co again because of the risk of losing half my money.
