I had an issue with my order, it was stuck in fedex tracking page, I emailed tia lupita foods using their form in their website but nobody replied, days later I contacted fedex and they said that I had to contact the vendor.
I was able to get a hold of tia lupita foods this time by sending another message using the form in the website, on Facebook and Instagram and they immediately placed a new order. I wish they had been more proactive or that they had replied to me the first time
