I had an issue with my order, it was stuck in fedex tracking page, I emailed tia lupita foods using their form in their website but nobody replied, days later I contacted fedex and they said that I had to contact the vendor.
I was able to get a hold of tia lupita foods this time by sending another message using the form in the website, on Facebook and Instagram and they immediately placed a new order. I wish they had been more proactive or that they had replied to me the first time

Ordering was not an issue it was the packaging that had the problem. The oil from the jars hit leaked out into the box so most of the oil in all four jars with soaked in the brown paper they were packaged in and the box
