It was busy in there but they had a few difficulties trying to find my pre order and took too long of what I was expecting as a pre order should be easy to deal with, but they are all very lovely and always helpful a bad day can happen to everyone!

If you are looking for a masterclass in how not to run a retail operation, you’ve found the right place. My experience trying to pick up my Ateez album here was, quite frankly, a total farce. The communication strategy was truly something else. Apparently, we are expected to stalk their Instagram stories like a private investigator just to figure out how to collect our orders. Who needs automated emails or a clear, logical process when you can just make your customers guess.

I would say it is fairly stocked with things that you wouldnt always see in other stores, it is affordable, genuinely the best in London on prices. Love that they sell singular photocards. I think they need more lightstick options, there isnt a lot! but it is a great store

Absolutely love my purchase! The BTS Lightstick Ver.4 arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. The store did an amazing job with packaging and delivery, and I could tell they handled everything with care. The product is authentic, works flawlessly, and is worth every penny.
