Absolutely love my purchase! The BTS Lightstick Ver.4 arrived in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. The store did an amazing job with packaging and delivery, and I could tell they handled everything with care. The product is authentic, works flawlessly, and is worth every penny. I’m beyond happy and will definitely be buying more K-pop merch from here in the future

A lovely selection of merch in the shop and very friendly staff, though it doesn't say outside the shop that you have to go downstairs to access the shop.

Quick and easy to order. Goods arrived safely and in one piece. Wouls order from here again.

The store carries authentic products, but the customer service and communication need improvement. The in-store staff were helpful, but the lack of communication made the experience more inconvenient.

Going into K-playground was a wonderful experience even though it was very busy due to the Ateez comeback! Staff were very supportive and helpful with all our question and items we asked for.

Quick and easy, products arrived on time and were amazing to unbox.

really good!! wide selection of items and my in store experiences have always been pretty good. the old location was small but offered a lot of authentic experiences, e.g. karaoke, make your own photocard, release events. prices vary between items, and i find some really good and some are a little overpriced so it depends. however, i was there with a friend who had ordered for pick up and it seemed a little disorganised. pick up wait time was longer than i anticipated.

It could do with more organising i think rather than just the products just placed on a shelf. Something nice with labels of what the things are and all in order of type. It feels a bit messy at the moment even if all the stuff is there

I pre-ordered the album and even though it was shipped with 48 hour tracking, it arrived the day after official release. Super fast arrival so I'm even happier about that. I definitely recommend this company
