I went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and the store employees were very helpful in getting me different dresses to try and swapping sizes!

The very helpful fitting attendant brought to my attention the dress I ended up renting after she heard what I was looking for - without her knowledge I probably would not have found the dress. I rented the dresses, for myself and two daughters. Amazing value! The dresses were in great shape and returning them was easy. I’ll use Fitzroy again and I’ve been telling lots of people about the service and huge selection of dresses.

The store made everything feel easy and helped me find a dress until I was extremely happy with what I found!

So easy. I loved being able to just put the dress in an envelope and mail it back the next day - particularly since we live 2.5 hours outside of Toronto.

Fitzroy made my milestone birthday magical! Their boutique is so organized—dresses sorted by size/color made shopping a breeze. Staff were attentive, helping us find perfect fits (even shipping was flawless). The dresses arrived pristine, prices were fair, and the 24-hour drop box made returns effortless. 10/10—will rent again!

It was a seamless process. I ordered the dress for 8 days to go to a 4-day wedding weekend.

Perfect timing when I arrived it was not too busy, even though it was a weekend. Good selection. Maybe it would be nice to have a small section of seasonal suggestions pulled for people to check out… I’m not much of a shopper. Checkout was a breeze.

first time renter, long time follower. needed a dress last minute for a gala. i got a bajillion compliments and felt relieved that i was dressed for the occasion (and weather! hot!). i'll be back and have already sent a few colleagues.

The ladies were so helpful and kind. This was my first time with The Fitzroy and I loved it.

I screwed up on my order date and the Fitzroy team was able to work with me and still get my dress to me despite my error. Thank you, Fitzroy!
