I feel it is useless to even write a review. But still writing it.
How could we improve?â Good question, but the fact is you cannot improve neither you can provide even a satisfactory service to your customers. I ordered a king size mattress on 31st March 26 and after several follow ups I got a delivered a double cot size mattress on 28th April 26. You can be so proud of your selves.
Do you even think from a customer standpoint? How dump should you guys be to do something like this?
I will definitely not recommend flo brand to anyone. Completely dissatisfied with your service.
