I recently had a very disappointing experience with Flo Mattress, and I feel compelled to share it so that others are aware before making a purchase decision.
I ordered the Ani Gravity Mattress with high expectations, especially considering the brand’s reputation and marketing claims. However, the experience turned out to be frustrating from start to finish. To begin with, the delivery itself was delayed by more than a month, which was already inconvenient. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When the mattress finally arrived, it was of the wrong size—short by approximately 6 inches. This is not a minor issue, especially when you are setting up a bedroom with specific dimensions in mind.
I immediately raised a complaint and requested an exchange, providing all the necessary photo proofs as requested by the support team. I also clearly communicated that I urgently needed the correct mattress because I have my wedding on 8th May 2026, and this mattress is intended for my bedroom setup. Despite explaining the urgency, the response from the support team was rigid and unhelpful. I requested that the replacement mattress be dispatched while the incorrect one is picked up, but they refused and insisted that the exchange process would only begin after the return pickup is completed.
I was assured that the pickup would happen within 2–3 days. However, even after 10 days, no one showed up to collect the incorrect mattress. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability—at one point, I was told that the pickup would happen “at their convenience,” which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any customer service experience.
During this period, I made multiple calls to the support team. Each time, I was given the same generic assurance that the issue would be resolved soon. However, there was no actual progress or action taken. It is extremely frustrating to hear repeated promises without any real outcome. A simple return process should not take this long, especially when the mistake was clearly on the company’s end.
I also escalated the issue and raised a formal support ticket, but even then, there was no meaningful response or urgency shown by the company. At this point, the entire experience feels like a complete breakdown of customer service and operational efficiency.
Overall, my experience with Flo Mattress has been highly disappointing. From delayed delivery to incorrect product, and then an unresponsive and inefficient support system—everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering, especially if timing and accuracy are important to you.
