I appreciate the booklet, explaining all the items, what they are for, their meaning, and how to use them. Which makes this not a box of nick nacks, but a box of little treasures I can use dailey for my well being and self discovery.

I've enjoyed receiving my boxes and look forward to many more to come. I appreciate the quick and efficient customer service, as I have had to reach out twice... both times, the issue was immediately resolved to my fullest satisfaction. Whether a beginner or an expert in Mindfulness, I definitely recommend checking out their products.
