Feel not what was expected come across as lots of crystals and oil and explanations. But got few crystals, lots of unwanted merchandise and little explanations on about the crystals how to use with the oils and what each oil is good for. I can cook with a few. Very disappointed in what was advertised compared to what was received….

I enjoy unboxing in the presentation of items all together. I just worry about some of the items quality. I had an amethyst necklace in a previous box that was cracked so I'm just a little cautious about quality control.

I contacted customer services after cancelling my membership 30 seconds after reactivation due to address change and the cost of two boxes. No refund was offered and a new box was not offered, only a discount. I am a mother of 2 and cannot afford replacement boxes of items that I ordered especially when I reached out well in advanced of the item being shipped.

I am not happy with my subscription box. For the price, it was very disappointing. I do enjoy the essential oils gift, but that was really the only thing. I paid for an additional crystal hoping to get something like a tower or tumbles. I did not. I think as expensive Mindful Souls is, their subscription boxes should be more impressive. Mine was sparse and not exciting in the least. I won’t be purchasing anymore.

Im confused why I have received 2 of the same sets, twice. I now have several of the same sets. 2 of one set. And 2 of another set. It is not cost effective for me if this continues to occur. I did intentionally or 2 of the witch starter sets. However, its the monthly subscription boxes that are on glitch. I also would appreciate you telling me what the extra crystal is that is set as a add on at an extra charge. A card or intention, something to illuminate its purpose.
