I contacted customer services after cancelling my membership 30 seconds after reactivation due to address change and the cost of two boxes. No refund was offered and a new box was not offered, only a discount. I am a mother of 2 and cannot afford replacement boxes of items that I ordered especially when I reached out well in advanced of the item being shipped.

I am not happy with my subscription box. For the price, it was very disappointing. I do enjoy the essential oils gift, but that was really the only thing. I paid for an additional crystal hoping to get something like a tower or tumbles. I did not. I think as expensive Mindful Souls is, their subscription boxes should be more impressive. Mine was sparse and not exciting in the least. I won’t be purchasing anymore.

Im confused why I have received 2 of the same sets, twice. I now have several of the same sets. 2 of one set. And 2 of another set. It is not cost effective for me if this continues to occur. I did intentionally or 2 of the witch starter sets. However, its the monthly subscription boxes that are on glitch. I also would appreciate you telling me what the extra crystal is that is set as a add on at an extra charge. A card or intention, something to illuminate its purpose.

Lately, the rocks that I’ve been getting have been repeated. Or specifically in this box I get the wrong stone. Instead of receiving microcline I received a ferruginous quartz. After reading the book, I was really excited to receive microcline and I’m disappointed that I did not get that.

I feel that the quality of everything is greatly misrepresented on the website. The only thing I feel is real and decent quality is the small rose quartz tower. The meditation shawl is 100% polyester, the "howlite" in the bracelet is fake, the string on the "amethyst" necklace looks very cheap and was already unraveling upon opening the box. The little Buddha statue is cute. Overall, very underwhelmed and disappointed.
