The box seemed like it had been sitting somewhere for a very long time, and the sticker was missing the top half. The box the point was in was covered in black dye, from the box I'm assuming, and there was no information card for the mystery crystal. So who knows what it was? I've been pleased with previous boxes, but this one was definitely not as nice as others.

Missing items, undelivered due to no stock, but still sold. It would be nice if they didnt sell/charge for things that they can not ship within reasonable time, not 3 weeks of waiting. Also, really hard time to return things and refunds are not given promptly- delayed or not given so Id need to call my credit card to make sure I ve been refunded. I wouldn't shop there anymore just for that reason.

customer Service was good about sending out a second box, but the fact of the matter is that they should’ve done something to prevent it being taken like having a signature done with delivery instead of some random delivery company which is odd because I usually get their products through the mail???
