My other box came in with the gem missing from the pen and know we’re in the box it was. I looked hard too. I was very disappointed in that pen that day. But I contacted Mindful Souls and they replaced it with a quick picture and a email. It was at my house with in a week and a half without problems. Thank you again.

I love the products; however, many times the orders are incomplete or erroneously filled lately. I am still waiting for an order from last year to be filled and for several items to arrive from an incomplete order. Also, I am missing 4 pieces. Then an order sent the same red string evil eye bracelet twice instead of the earrings I ordered saying they had shipped the earrings. Still waiting. The 17track service used is the worst. Many other companies use this , the delays are ridiculous.

I have only received my Root Chakra box (it was sent twice). The second one was returned and I am still awaiting my Sacral Chakra box to be sent. Customer service is responsive yet I would prefer to not have a reason to contact them.

The photos of the crystals/stones in the advertisement appeared much larger than what was actually in my box. I did get the first box discounted. Not sure of the value of products included will match the full retail price going forward. The advertising didn’t match what I actually received. I did get the box very quickly so shipping was on point.. Purchase transaction was easy. Received leaking essential oils so that was disappointing. Mixed feelings.
