Too slow and scam !

Terrible. Online platform is a scam. No customer service whatsoever. All the email and contact is fake, nobody reply you. Bought on the 7th May. Now I haven't get my cookies on 27th May.

There is no proper channel to contact the follow up on the order status as well as delivery status. Not even their physical shop is helping on this

Agent needs to take responsibility and follow up on orders

Very bad customer service. I had to make multiple calls, emails and even insta and fb msg with no ans. Someone picked up my call after so many attempts but till now I haven’t received my order and also the refund for the items out of stock despite it being preorder. It’s been close to 4 weeks since my order

Late delivery, no update on the delivery status. No response on the customer complain.

As I indicated, I deemed the customer service very poor as for 2 previous consecutive years there were no responses to the email I sent on shipping. In addition, a lunar New Year gift I was supposed to receive has not arrived even though this is the second day of the new year. Please look into your logistics.

My delivery has been delayed for a long time and has been dragging on since 5 January 2026, with no further updates. I also tried contacting your store through WhatsApp, but no one responded. May I ask why this number was provided if it is not attended?

After doing the pre order - there was no news at all. The mail were not answered no number to call no response at all causing me to think that it was a fraud site

Delivery very slow & terrible , I haven’t receive my order, I placed my order about 1 months ago, 18/1/2026. I hv checked my tracking the parcel already reach Sibu, Sarawak however my address is in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I called best express customer service but they couldn’t confirm when I can receive my parcel, CNY is less than 1 week, please help me solve this problem and also please update me when I can get my cookies. Thank you
