Shipped the product as described but took 4 days to do it. When I purchased it they did mention this. Usually there is a one day period to cancel an order but 4 is a bit excessive, at least at the sun 500 dollar price point. Maybe there was higher demand for the store but I did not buy during a sale or anything so I wonder why the 2 to 4 days.
