I was lead to believe item would be shipped the next day but according to Auspost it wasn’t. Google said shop was open weekdays but it turns out that it is by appointment only - found out this after inspecting the website. I rang before I left but phone went straight to message bank - I might have avoided 2 hours driving through city traffic had the phone been answered.
