The Mellow Mat colour (Sandstone Haze) was far lighter than expected and looked quite different in person compared to online. The item was never opened and I only wanted to return it to repurchase the same mat in a darker colour.
The return process was difficult and time-consuming, involving multiple emails, a printed form, and significant return shipping costs, which made the exchange not worthwhile.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the company due to the returns process.

The mellow mat is so soft, I steamed mine when I received it and it plumped up straight away. It is so comfy we all take naps on it. The underlay made it even softer but it does raise the mat up off the floor around the edges. It is so comfy and soft I just hope it stays soft. Great purchase
