I initially only received 108 of the 110 switches I had ordered which led to a very unsatisfying experience when installing them on my Varmilo APT109 keyboard.
But, after contacting the support, they were exceptionally quick to respond (best measured in minutes!) and to rectify the issue. Also appreciate the very clear and concise communication, no excuses and such, just straight to the point of fixing the issue

The preorder got pushed back some weeks due to the manufacturer rather than MechMods - they posted it immediately after it arrived so cannot fault them on that. Additionally, upon arrival the keycaps were missing a few UK pieces for the DE to UK ISO conversion… but Ryan @ MechMods emailed all customers to let them know they had instructed the manufacturer to expedite all replacement pieces via airmail, and that they would be shipped free of charge to each customer. Would recommend and use again
