Possibly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Over 80 days for my order to be delivered, and it was still missing a bases plate for one of the minis I ordered. The only contact I had was an automated email that said there was delays, no dates or timeframe given. I chased multiple times and I got variations of the same response each time. I expected better from such a highly regarded shop.

Took around 3 months for my order to arrive, some of the prints of substandard quality. In fairness most have come out very well, but quite a few have bent or warped weapons. If there were issues with the pint process for those I'd rather have been contacted directly and would have swapped them out for the models with more stable weapons but it is what it is. Got everything on sale so I can't complain too much but at full price I'd have been somewhat unhappy to say the least.
