No communication

A somewhat lengthy delivery time, more than made up for by the quality of the components.

I made my order back in Dec of 24 during a site wide sale. I got what I ordered at the end of March. Doesn't bother me at all because they had such a huge and successful sale that it was more than they bargained for and thats a great thing for them to set up how to deal with such an influx and how they can learn from it. The customer service was through the roof great, making sure I was told how things were going, and even I was give free paint when they were out of stock of the ones I ordered.

Took my order three months (3!) to be delivered. Placed on Dec. 26th, arrived March 25th. Not a single email with any sort of update about why.

took ages to arrive with no actual information at all about my order after many emails. they did a sale while my order wasn't completed

The quality of the miniatures is very high but it does take a long time to get your items.

Lied to. Order was 4 months late and still missing at least 3 minis. Poor customer service. Several sales advertised during the time you were backlogged suggests miserable and greedy business practices. Inexcusable. No attempts made to make things right

Good communications, models sent were in good condition.

Took longer than expected to arrive due to demand.

I asked if the order was still being processed and I was responded to. That’s all it takes for an A+ communication

Responsive customer service

Shipping took an extremely long time. To the point that I was afraid they had cancelled my order without telling me. Other than that tho, packaging was good and ordering was easy.

It was fine. It took a long time for the bits to get here though.

Awful experience every time. My orders arrive broken or defective and the customer service is non existant.

Great quality and good customer support but shipment took very long and there where no updates in between.

It took a while before my order was posted, but otherwise okay.

Took four months on my recent order to arrive, previous order had uncured resin spilling out of it. Customer service was helpful but if my order is delayed I'd like some prompt responces as to why instead of me having to email constantly for updates.

Took a while, but they did communicate it was a busy period. Happy that I eventually received everything.

To be fair, it took a while to ship, but the prints are fantastic.

3/4 of the stuff I ordered showed up, warped/bent, wet and broke almost immediately. Disappointed to say the least.

Took well over 3 months to deliver.

My order was delayed by well over a month, and I received no updates about it except when I emailed to chase it. When the models arrived there were several misprints, although one of the reasons I was given for delays was reprinting for quality control. I am very unlikely to order from Only Games again

After taking 2 months to get to me, the miniatures arrived broken and without bases. Absolute horrible disappointment. Useless.
