The promise of 15 work days was not kept with my 2 orders. Both orders were delayed due to quality control that led to reprints. That is the shop‘s explanation. 2/3 of the items were missing parts and details. So I Must believe quality control does Not really succeed. Permanent sale-advertisments for different ranges, heavy delays, misprints that slip quality control leaves a sour taste in my mouth, disappointment in my soul and a believe this is a „company“ that bit off more than it could chew.

Poor quality and the worst turn-around time I have experienced for a miniature purchase bar none.

Multiple empty promises, multiple delayed responses, the website failed to track the status of my order, and despite the promised lead to of 4 to 5 weeks the order took over 3 months to be produced and shipped to still get my army that still had damaged models that still didn't even include the full army (I am missing 2 of the 34 models, and of the 34 models I have 2 duplicates of what should have multiple variants) that I ordered.

Got suprise customs and product was defective. However got the product so it was not total disaster.

Poor communication, difficult contact system, and of the two big orders I've made, I've had problems with both. You need to do a better job.

Took way longer than stated and the quality is shit

The production time frame detailed on the item page didn’t reflect reality. Took far longer than anticipated to receive the model and had to keep messaging to get updates. Models were certainly worth the wait though.

Very good! As noted in the previous text box, I was sent an e-mail to let me know there was a delay & to contact them if I had any further questions. I was happy with that.

Waited about 4 weeks for my order to ship but once received the quality was very high.

There was a long wait for the items to be produced, due to the backlog of orders. During my wait time I received numerous emails with more special offers. Might have been a better customer experience for Only-Games to get through the existing orders first?

There was a delay with fulfilment, but Only-Games acted quickly to contact the factory and resolve it.

Ordered Jan 11 with a 15 working day delivery estimate. The order arrived April 24th in a soft package and bubble wrap so a few of the models got broken in transit. The models were of good detail and generally looked great, some need a little cleanup of support material. The Star Wars armada medium bases left much to be desired and will require a fair amount of work to get them functional like normal bases in the game. Thank you for getting my order done and there were a lot of little pieces.
