The last purchase took round about two month to be delivered. Although I know that the printing of minis might take some time, it would have been nice to receive some proactive information about the current status to keep me in the loop.

I had to wait almost double the amount of time to get the order sent, it seemed the problem was an issue with the shipping label that only was fixed when I contacted them, if i had not done so I probably would have not gotten the shipment delivered. but after it was sent it arrived after an acceptable amount of time

Communication was horrible, I have placed orders with other sellers and communications and expectations were pretty clear, and when there were delays, they communicated so. Don’t tell people it will take 15 days if you are going to take a month and a half.

Hello, I am leaving a 2-star review because the delivery time significantly exceeded the estimated date — I had to wait over two months. On top of that, there was no email communication regarding this delay. Additionally, some bits arrived bent or even broken. Other than that, the items received are beautiful and of good quality. The prints are nice, but honestly: I placed my order in March and only received it today, June 17th... For a package coming from London, that's extremely slow—especially considering we have to pay shipping fees, customs duties, and surprise, an extra €11 just to collect the parcel! That makes it a very, very expensive delivery. I hope to receive compensation for the delay and the additional charges—otherwise, I won’t be ordering from this site again. P.S.: The package arrived damaged, too

My shipment was delayed, but a prompt email explaining the reason made it okay for me. Things happen. Very satisfied with the product and the service oversll.

Unfortunately, I had trouble with customs because the envelope was declared as having a total value of GBP 10,000 and there was no invoice with it. The purchase value was only 22 GBP. An invoice should be included for trips abroad.

I am missing 2 items from the order, one of the items was completely unusable, and I am missing parts from a 4th item.

Everyone involved was really nice and the product is great.

Production time was grossly longer than advertised on website, communication was spotty. Items were, however, high quality with few print errors.
