Many merchants include a "splash page" to advertise the potential discount that is available, before information regarding cost and anticipated shipping time. This is irritating. As a customer I am primarily interested in cost and shipping time. Potential discount information should be included after cost (or maybe with cost) and shipping information is accessed.
