Nice eCommerce site, cool branding. Overall I like this company. I don't know if I just got a bad batch, or if the product marketing needs to change. If it's the product, my advice is to make more realistic videos that will meet customer expectation. I think the branding is solid, just need to create a consistent/better product that meets the advertised expectation, or advertise to what can be consistently delivered.
