I ordered one dog plush and one cat plush. I received two identical cat plushes, which do not look like my cat at all. Customer service is trying to avoid paying a refund, even though they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the website.

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered in November and paid extra to arrive by Christmas. A few days after Christmas, I received an email telling me it was done and to review it for changes. Since it was after Christmas already, I asked for one of his pupils to be smaller because my dog was blind in one eye and his pupil was pinpoint. I continued to ask for updates and kept getting a response that it takes time. I finally asked to cancel on Feb. 9. I got no response. Then I received a shipping n

2 months after placing my order, they sent pictures for me to review. I had a couple of changes to make. Only after submitting my revisions did they tell me it was going to take another 7 to 14 weeks! I told them that was too long and I'd rather get it as it. They said that wasn't possible and I would have to wait. 2 weeks later they said it was ready. I told them to ship it. A week after that I was still getting emails that it was almost ready and no shipping confirmation.

Customer service is hit or miss. Again, I have only received half of my order and still don’t know any updates and have to be the one that continuously responds and asks for updates instead of being informed proactively.

Paid extra for the preview thing and it didn’t help with creating an accurate stuffed animal because they didn’t listen to my suggestions and sent it as is

The whole process was very easy and went well. Communication was always timely and reliable. Alex was very friendly and always helpful.

They need to wait for a response if someone paid for a preview. We ordered a blue grey potbelly and received a dark black pitiful. Could if bought a black dog at any store. Received just a regular black stuffed dog. Disappointing.

Worth it

Never got the right size and there was a hole when order arrived otherwise it looks the exact same as the dog so thanks for that.

Everything was so efficient and done perfectly

While the outcome was great it took two revisions and many pictures to get our cat just right. It was also ordered in October and didn't receive it until end of January when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Luckily it was for a teenager who understands delays and was ok with waiting for the main present she asked for.

It does take awhile for them to finish an order, but it does so for them to do the best they can in imaging your pet. ;)
