Our order came in mid January we wanted them for Christmas. I sent multiple emails inquiring as to how much longer they would take, would they make it for Christmas and I got either no response or just a generic they are still in progress. I would have appreciated any communication like we are sorry they won’t make it in time , etc please accept our apologies and know we are going to do what we can to get your stuffed dogs to you soon. Basically the customer service could be improved.
