I’m happy with my purchase. My purchase of the sneak peek preview and design approval was worth it as I was unhappy with the first version of the plush. The revisions made to the plush were perfect and made it look closer to Asta’s likeness.

It was very easy to upload photos and I liked getting email updates on the progress of my order.

The process was very easy and they were great to work with.

Everything was better than expected, I sent the photos I picked the options we wanted and were happy with. The communication was fantastic they sent emails on every step they were and kept us up to date all the way up to the shipping.

It took months to get something that looks like it was pulled off the toy store shelf.

was a very straight forward process. Site was easy to navigate, and the customer service team was always so helpful in answering my questions.

Explained it already in my review. Doesn’t really look like my dog and this could’ve been resolved if the preview was included in the already expensive piece. I understand it’s handmade, but you should want the customer to review and love it before sending it. Not charge an already grieving and financially spent person more for a preview, or in my case, be disappointed

The product was great, the production/delivery time were drastically understated. The company estimates 8 weeks and it took 12 weeks to receive my custom plush. The final approval email came, stating that the item would be shipped in 3 days and it did not arrive until a month later.

They were very responsive.

They are an amazing company. The communication was instant or within the day. If we needed anything changed they changed it and requested more pictures to make him more him. I cannot recommend them enough! Amazing job, quality, communication, and just all around company. Thank you so much for doing this and giving people the opportunity to have such an amazing thing for their loved fur pets. 🖤

My experience with Petslify has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a custom plush replica of my dog and paid extra for a preview service so I could review the design and request corrections before production. The preview they sent looked nothing like my dog in color, proportions, facial features or overall appearance. It looked like a generic toy rather than a custom replica based on the photos I provided. I clearly informed the company that I did not approve the design and asked

Garbage prpduct, garbage customer service, GARBAGE.

They were open and transparent during the process with opportunities to make adjustments

I like the open communication during production but not sure if my input were taken into consideration.

Really the only disappointment is the result of my newest stuffed animal. The quality is magnificent, and the time and detail extraordinary, but I felt disappointed that the color was lighter than the photo glimpse, and the request for the darker nose area seemed better after redo in photo, but the in person look is not what I had hoped for.

Took an extremely long time to get. I understand there were some edits but 4 months is a long time when I paid in full. Maybe a draw system.

After spending over $250 dollars and waiting over 2 months to receive the item, it looked nothing like my dog. Despite providing the very detailed and clear photos submitted in the order. Then only to be offered 20% refund was ridiculous. Then was told I can pay to send it back to them and once its received and inspected I would get my full refund. Was very disappointed that I wasnt offered to make it right in any realy way. I asked if I sent it back if they could just remake it, no answer back.

For the most part happy with service other than 2 details on our Kane baby which his eye look like they are popping out of his head or bulging and 2 front paws are sideways not facing down.

You took so long , it took too long and I realize there were holidays in there but my Chloe could give a look of such disappointment ( her expression) as if she was judging you. I know it’s not an exact copy like you do the dogs -my other cat who slept next to her for 14 yrs did not recognize her not even a little bit -would there be a way to change the color at least. Thanks
