horrible customer service. just kept telling me they're working on it as fast as possible. It shouldn't take 8 months to make a small stuffed animal.

Although I think that it was a tad bit pricey, I can understand because it is handmade and that of course takes time, talent and the cost of the materials. There was great communication with the company and I love how I could preview it before it was shipped out so if there was any modifications needed, they got right on it. The ease of ordering was very convenient. I was able to put in the different characteristics of our beloved cat, as well as add pictures bring her image to life.

The wait time was a bit long, but when we received the finished product, you could tell every aspect was hand crafted. Well worth the wait!

They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. 72 hours or more to respond to an email is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Horrible experience with Petslify. Ordered 2 custom dogs in March for June, delayed until August after endless excuses. Finally got a package the day before my kids left—only 1 stuffed dog inside and it wasn’t even ours. After 5 months, $300, and constant lies, I got the wrong product. My kids and I were devastated. Don’t waste your money.

They truly made sure I was satisfied before sending me the product. It was worth the wait. We love it

Exceptional experience. Petslify showed remarkable patience, attention to detail, and artistry in creating a lifelike plush replica of our beloved dog, Sachi. Every request was addressed with care, from subtle color variations to facial expression. The final product is stunning, comforting, and a treasured keepsake that perfectly honors her memory.

I almost thought I was being scammed due to the length of time that passed between my ordering and receiving follow up. Turns out, part of their facility burned in Cali wildfires and there were a few setbacks but I have never been more pleased with a customized product more than my custom Lucky plush. I dealt with Alex mostly and this individual really took the extra effort to ensure our family was satisfied through the process. Thank you Alex, you are the MVP friend.
