When I placed the order, the website said it would take 8 weeks. Instead, it took 7 months to arrive. During that long wait, we reached out multiple times asking for updates, and every time we were met with a different excuse โ wildfires in California, supply chain issues, the holiday season, etc. There was no real accountability, no transparency, just constant delays and generic responses that felt dismissive.

Resent photos over and over and the plush is not like what they show! Would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.!! If they were to fix the problem then I would say different but they have not responded to any emails!! Very unfortunate!! And it was a VERY SPECIAL GIFT!! Website claimed it would take 9 weeks, after 9 weeks I tried to file a BBB complaint and found the company was not at the listed New Jersey location. Their website claimed the CA fires were slowing the manufacturing. When I finally received the tracking info, it was shipped from China. So they lied about the delivery time frame, they lied about NJ, they lied about the CA fires causing delays.
