Two of the rings were too small, not because the sizing was wrong, but because my measurements were slightly off. They did offer to replace the rings, but the cost of sending them back, with duty to be paid on top, was simply too expensive, so they very kindly offered a 50% credit and allowed me to keep the rings instead of returning them, so whilst I am a little out of pocket, that is a very reasonable alternative, and also saves time.
