Purchased product in January and did not receive the product. Contacted after purchase date to be told the product hadn't been shipped as it was still in production after an entire month! Customer service had very little information to give me due to this clear production issue. A further 7+ days passed and it was still listed as being in production.
Overall I am overwhelmingly disappointed with the service I have been given. As a repeat customer this has changed my perspective on the company.
