Beautiful site, lots of good details -- even if ultimately their descriptions of material make up are inaccurate. Product lists a fill of 60% microfiber, added to the wicking & cooling properties of the duvet insert, but the duvet insert is actually 60% polyester, making it trap heat. It has a nice light weight too it and is soft textured from the bamboo, but really bummed it's 60% polyester fill.

Was pleased with my interaction via email with Customer Service. I was looking for the duvet cover in OS king to fit my OS king duvet and was told they did not exist even to “order” and was convinced that a regular king would be fine. So that’s what I ordered and received only to then find an Olive and Crate OS duvet cover through Amazon. Now I have to initiate a return and refund. Plus the pillow cases that I received with my duvet cover set through Amazon had a three inch open, frayed seam.
