Was pleased with my interaction via email with Customer Service. I was looking for the duvet cover in OS king to fit my OS king duvet and was told they did not exist even to βorderβ and was convinced that a regular king would be fine. So thatβs what I ordered and received only to then find an Olive and Crate OS duvet cover through Amazon. Now I have to initiate a return and refund. Plus the pillow cases that I received with my duvet cover set through Amazon had a three inch open, frayed seam.
