I was scammed. Didn't get my playmat, the container and didn't get any emails back for assistance.

Disappointed with this site.

When I got my order it was blatantly misprinted. I sent pics to customer support and they said yup super obvious manufacturing problem we will fix it. I then spent several months emailing for updates being told that I would be updated when it was shipped. Now, many months later I am being told that I did apparently did show up in my mail box and it is my fault I do not have the replacement thing for the order that was messed up. I was offered a discount code for future purchases. I do not think

Wrong size product sent, ignored when attempted to contact about the issue and after they finally responded weeks later they offered to send a correct one but then went back to ignoring me.

As previous. Order was exceptionally late and we had no communication or apology from the team on what went wrong. Personally, I will never use Your Playmat again and I'll reccomend everyone i know to avoid it as well.

Will use this service again! Have a couple of ideas I want to do.

As is my review of my recent order, the error with production created additional work on my side and an additional delay receiving the correct product. Better quality control is needed with production.

Easy to shop with, easy to edit and select how I wanted my playmat

Easy enough to use the website, and setting up your custom image was easier than other websites. The sleeves came in great timing for an international shipping time, the sleeves printing was great quality, however after sleeving my commander deck and doing its very first shuffle the plastic cover was tearing off on the sides, and that wasn't me smash shuffling this was a simple shuffling of cards, could've been an unfortunate printing but I no longer am using these sleeves, everything else was great though.

As soon as I placed an order I started getting lots of spam e-mails trying to sell me other stuff.

Everything was fine except for the delays from the manufacturer, but customer support helped keep me updated on what was going on.

Never received what I ordered (4-6 weeks production, as being said + delivery), but at least i got refunded via PayPal Buyer's protection. Client service wasn't the best and apparently did dropshipping with a Canadian shop, as my package was blocked at customs and the address given was a Canadian Shop which was unaware of it.
