It took 3 month and my custom sleeves never shipped, so had to cancel and refund. Very little communication on anything from anyone, and playmat (plus replacement) both took 1.5 months to get to me

good service, great products, reasonable price considering the high quality overall.

Worst experience yet. I’ve ordered 5 mats in 18 months with no issues and this time, everything about it was a red flag. When I got my shipping notification it was in CHINESE. Unacceptable. You should post on your site that your products are outsourced. Very dissatisfying.

The shipping was a nightmare. Despite purchasing the delivery guarantee, delivery took more than a month due to customs. However, the staff were helpful once I got in touch with the company, and the product is impeccable.

I've gotten a playmat from them before and I loved it! Just hoping this next one makes it.

Everything went as expected, I wasn’t expecting anything special or extremely fast, but I received my mat in a reasonable amount of time and packaged well.

First playmat came and the image was not centered. Told it was my fault, but they offered to fix it free of charge. Grateful for that, but the second go round I had to wait 2 months of the run around and submitted a new image it came back looked like it was done on an 8/bit font. Nothing like I gave them. Commucation was good with customer service but the turn around time is fair from perfect. The actual mat seems to be made of good material but the printer they use could be better for the image

Never buying a playmat from a company that delivers it's mats from where they outsource it to.

Read what I submitted earlier. Refund me. Or I will pursue legal action. False advertising. Nothing was delivered as purchased. Garbage company.

Will not use this company again.

There was issues with USPS messing up, so I had to wait about a month. But this was in no way Your Playmat's fault. They completed the order and shipped it in a very reasonable time-frame for a fair price. Customer service has been nothing less than exceptional.
