An associate of yours advised me to upgrade the print quality when I submitted my image for this mat. I did it, per their advice, and the quality of the print of this mat is nowhere near how good you guys made my last mat and I didn’t even pay for the upgrade for my last mat.
This, as well as the fact that this order took an unreasonable amount of time to reach me, are the reasons why I will never be using your service again. I’ll be sure to let other people know as well.
