Customer support is terrible. I was given a product that is low quality for the amount of money paid. Support stated that since I approved the image via email (which didn't show the blurry images) there's nothing that can be done. Maybe your quality team would notice poor quality and ask the customer before printing, if they wish to enhance the quality. What do I know?
