Still havent recieved the sleeves that I ordered. You screwed up my playmat order and gave me someone elses order. I reached out over a week ago and you have not fixed my order and sent me a new one despite you saying you would. I would think twice about ordering from this company, their service is not good

Wasn't bad, quality was good but image wasn't great, I received an email at order to pay more to make it better which I would have but the email went to my junk folder and it was only active for 24 hours which I missed, I emailed to get another link but was told I could do it on the website under my account but they was no option and I gave up.

They were taking way longer then expected so I requested a refund. They wanted to tell me how it was going to be shipped...... Two days later they shipped the item. The item arrived damaged due to thei lack of care during packing and the image was not the quality I paid for. I reached out again to request a refund now due to damaged item and quality issues.
