I needed customer service, because I had ordered (2) sets of the two wine glasses, but I only received one set of two glasses, and one of the red wine boxes arrived scratched. But with that said, customer service received my email, and sent out a new red box, and another 2 wine glass set a.s.a.p., since this was a Father's Day gift which was in less than a week.
The 2 wine glasses, and a new red box unscratched arrived quickly, and on time for Father's Day, which I really appreciated!
