The whole experience from ordering to receiving the bottle was smooth. I received the bottle case with scuff marks and few other minor things, but they were kind to ship a new one. The case is so gorgeous and opening it was like no other!! To see the look on my fathers face was all worth it! Will be buying more sets in near future and more wines!! Great job team!!
