aggressive marketing, dismissive customer support, and outside of the product itself there is no upscale feel to any thing. From spammy messages filled with misleading ads to printing the gift message on the receipt. Should have just not even bother with that. Who buys a gift for themselves and include a gift message??? There's no place to input recipient name and it couldn't be bothered to be printed on a small card or even paper. Very poor purchasing and after service experience.

Never got the wine! This company is a joke! I own several business. I got this as a gift to do a wine tasting deal for my fiancé family. You need to call me ASAP. Now my fiancé had to spend hours going to the hub three times and they said they could not find it? If someone does not reach out I will blast this out of social medias; write a letter better business bureau where my brother works if this is not fixed or I get my money back
