AWFUL. Terrible experience. I requested to cancel my order multiple times and it was never processed. I was charged for an add-on item I did not approve, never received the discount I was promised, and was ultimately charged for items that were never sent. Customer service was misleading and failed to resolve the issue. I am still waiting on a full refund. Completely unacceptable.
