I’m not sure how you’re staying in business. Your ratings are falling at rapid rate. When someone has to wait almost 7 weeks for lamp and you blame the global conflicts as the reason for that, it makes no sense. You should tell people upfront while they’re ordering them that they may have to wait two months for their lamps. But when they finally are shipped, you would hope that there was enough quality control at your division, ensuring that the the lamps are being sent properly.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered, went 3 weeks with no update/shipping email/any communication, so I reached out to the company myself, multiple times. I got no response except an automated reply telling me they would get back to me within 24 hours, which never happened. It took longer than expected for my order to ship, but I am patient for quality products. Once arrived, the box was empty! It seems the product may have fallen out in transit as the carrier left a note that the box was delivered empty. I reached out to customer service, and although slow to respond, they did ship a new lamp right away. Not the smoothest shopping experience, but customer service made things right and overall I am satisfied. Thank you!
