I’m not sure how you’re staying in business. Your ratings are falling at rapid rate. When someone has to wait almost 7 weeks for lamp and you blame the global conflicts as the reason for that, it makes no sense. You should tell people upfront while they’re ordering them that they may have to wait two months for their lamps. But when they finally are shipped, you would hope that there was enough quality control at your division, ensuring that the the lamps are being sent properly.
