I’m trying to return my lamp but apparently that’s not an option. They had not sent the lamp until over a week after it was supposed to be delivered. I reached out the day it was supposed to be delivered and I didn’t get a response from the company for another week. When they responded, they said they’d send it soon, however I asked to cancel. They didn’t respond, the request was ignored, and they sent it anyway. I went on their website and asked them to contact me because I want to return my lamp. No response. I emailed them directly asking to return the lamp, no response. I don’t know what else to do. Please contact me so I can return this lamp.
