I was sent the wrong order, and the process of reporting and getting my actual order sent to me was very frustrating and made me feel helpless and disappointed. The person I was in contact with claimed that they did not understand what my issue was even though I was very clear and showed evidence of the mistake. Although the products are amazing, this experience makes me not want to deal with buying from here again.
