It took a really long time to get the figures and there was no communication until I asked for an update. On my first follow up, I was given an estimated time of about two weeks for my purchase to be delivered. It wasn't and after over a month, I emailed to cancel my order, and all of a sudden I got an email that my figures were being shipped. Seems odd. I am happy with the figures, but not happy with the lack of communication and the sudden shipment when I wanted a refund.

the shipping took a lot longer than expected, but delays happen. these people were understanding the entire way through. many times they offered to cancel my order, rearrange, and work to my accommodations, but I stuck it through and was not disappointed! every item in the bundle was high quality and they even added a few extra bits for all the trouble.
