It took a really long time to get the figures and there was no communication until I asked for an update. On my first follow up, I was given an estimated time of about two weeks for my purchase to be delivered. It wasn't and after over a month, I emailed to cancel my order, and all of a sudden I got an email that my figures were being shipped. Seems odd. I am happy with the figures, but not happy with the lack of communication and the sudden shipment when I wanted a refund.
